Thank you for your interest. This blog is a personal “talk page” on the update of the Cochrane review on exercise and ME/CFS.

Any views I express here are my own and are not necessarily shared by anyone else involved in this project, including the project’s Independent Advisory Group (IAG), the review team, and Cochrane.

I moderate all comments made here. There could be delays in comments appearing, and the reason may not be because of moderation. Other possible reasons for delay include:

• I may not check comments every day,
• I may be holding the comment for a short time while I write a reply to accompany it,
• I may be consulting with others.

• Defamatory comments,
• Disrespectful or inflammatory language,
• Length,
• Repeated or very similar comments and questions.
